Setting up wills and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is something that everyone needs but its not something that people will consciously think about. Wills is something that is rarely done by people as everyone have the perception that only rich families need wills. However, wills can help to reduce the hassle for your loved ones in the event of an unfortunate event happening to you. LPA is a legal document that allows someone to appoint one or more persons to make decision and act on his/her behalf in the event that they lose their mental capacity one day. It is a very important document as we never know what will happen in the future. With this document, it could expedite legal processes and allow our loved ones to help us in the event something happen to us.
